Obit of the Day: Songwriter Hal David
Hal David, prolific songwriter, has passed away over the weekend. You can read more about him in his obituary from the NY Times.
OOTD is off on weekends, and Labor Day, but had to post this clip from My Best Friend’s Wedding featuring a most entertaining version of “Say a Little Prayer” written by Hal David and Burt Bacharach and originally sung by Dionne Warwick.
Mrs. OOTD is especially fond of the lobster hands.
